By accessing or using Nvoize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including freelancers, small business owners, and any other individuals or entities using the platform.

Nvoize offers paid subscription plans (Kasosyo Pro and Kasosyo Growth). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed via bank transfer with manual receipt upload and verified by our team.
You agree not to use Nvoize to:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Nvoize, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nvoize retains your data for the duration of your active subscription. On the Kasosyo Pro plan, data older than 3 years may be archived. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time prior to termination.
All content, features, and functionality of Nvoize — including but not limited to the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Nvoize and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Invoice content, client data, and other materials you upload remain your property. By using the Service, you grant Nvoize a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nvoize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
